Developers Redbox and SuperMono now have something to check off their to-do lists. The collaboration between visual designer Redbox and app developer SuperMono, an iPhone-only app called Epic Win, was submitted to the App Store last week, and has now received an official release date. Although the app has yet to be priced, users should be able to pick the app up August 19th. Epic Win is an enhanced to-do list which rewards users for completing their chores. Reward them with what, exactly? Experience points, of course! The app combines chores and role-playing games; users level up, get loot, and advance on a virtual map when they complete real-life boring stuff, such as doing the laundry or washing dishes.
Coincidentally, I refuse to do either until the app is released. I can not miss out on those experience points and fat loot!
