More negative publicity for the Sprint HTC EVO. This time it’s about the EVO’s graphics being capped at a mere 30 FPS even with its impressive hardware specs. Android is capable of delivering a much higher frame rate, so naturally fingers are pointing at Sprint for the limitation.
